On 04/04/2006, a Panel Discussion was held at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center to reflect, share and record lessons learned from the 2001 riots through the Cross Burning in Boone County, Kentucky. Panelists were Rev. Damon Lynch, lll, New Prospect Baptist Church, Peter Bronson, Cincinnati Enquirer, Tony Simms, Commissioner for the Ohio Commission on Hispanic/Latino Affairs, Shawn Cox, Boone County Administration,Cecil Thomas, Cincinnati City Council and Jan Michelle Lemon-Kearney, Esq., Cincinnati Herald who served as Moderator. |
